Senior Minister
Roger Hendricks
Roger Hendricks has served for 24 years in full-time Christian Ministry. He has an education degree from Purdue University and a theology degree from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. Roger and his wife, Jayne, have been married since 1983 and have three children (Anna, Emily and Tommy).
Passions: Sharing Jesus with others, reading the Bible, spending time with my family, cheering for Purdue.
Family: Jayne, wife of 25 years, and children, Anna (21), Emily (19), Tommy (17).
Greatest influences: My parents, a campus minister (Scott Dykehouse) that influenced me to follow Jesus, Jesus.
Favorite books: The Bible, The Purpose Driven Life, Simple Church, The Externally Focused Church, Band of Brothers, What's So Amazing About Grace?, The Teammates.
Favorite music: Rich Mullins, Chris Tomlin, The David Crowder Band.
Hobbies: Sports, movies, trying to get in shape (running) once again.
If you could have 3 things in life: (1) The wisdom, love, knowledge and practical ability to lead as many people to Christ as possible, (2) The wisdom to know how to honor God by “maxing out” my life to the fullest potential, (3) To be the best husband, dad and friend that I can possibly be (and beyond).
Why are you involved in ministry: I believe it is the best way for me to use my gifts and talents and seek to make a difference in eternity. I'm not sure I would feel complete doing anything else.
How do you relax: Watch movies (especially those based on true stories: sports, history, war), watch The David Letterman Show (a fellow Hoosier), spend time with my wife.

Heather Alt
Heather Alt has served in volunteer and part-time Christian ministry since 2001. She graduated from Lincoln Christian College and Seminary in Lincoln, Illinois with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Youth Ministry in 2005. She is passionate about working with the younger generation and guiding them to know Christ.
Passions: Making a difference in people's lives, self-esteem issues among preteens and teens.
Family: Dad and two brothers live in Illinois , sister and her family live in Florida , Mom passed away in 2003 from cancer.
Greatest influences: Mom and Dad, Rennie Garda (mentor), Ma Pat (Bible study leader in junior high).
Favorite books: Leading Kids to Christ, The Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter series, Blue Like Jazz, Pride and Prejudice, Developing the Leader Within You, Captivating, The Case For Series by Lee Strobel.
Favorite music: Jonny Lang, Ingrid Michaelson, Norah Jones, India Arie, Toby Mac, Hawk Nelson, acoustic, jazz.
Hobbies: Guitar, music, books, volleyball, do-it-yourself projects.
If you could have 3 things in life: (1) College bill paid in full, (2) new car, (3) all expense paid vacation to Hawaii.
Why are you involved in ministry: God made it very clear to me the summer after I graduated high school that is what he created me for.
How do you relax: Listen to music, surf the internet, hang out with friends, watch movies.

Worship Arts Minister
Larry Adams
Larry Adams is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University with a BA in Religious Studies and a Music Minor. He is presently working on a Masters of Arts in Worship Studies. Larry was ordained in ministry while he was serving as the Worship Minister with the New Life Vineyard Church in Hamilton, Ohio. He has also more recently served as the Worship Minister with a church in Maineville, Ohio. Larry and his wife, Amy, have three young children.
Student Minister
Tony Carmody
Tony Carmody and his wife Tiffany are both graduates of Johnson Bible College in Tennessee. Prior to serving with Southwest Church Tony served for two years as the Student Minister with Mount Airy Christian Church in North Carolina. He is providing leadership for our Student Ministry designed to help Junior High and High School Students develop and deepen their faith in God.
Passions: Sharing God's love with students, music, basketball, and reading.
Family: Tiffany (wife of 3 years), Bauer (dog), and Tina Fey (vicious cat).
Greatest influences: Jesus, Donald Miller, Shane Battier, Chris Farley.
Favorite books: Blue Like Jazz, Searching for God Knows What, The Shack, The Gospel of John, and Velvet Elvis.
Favorite music: The Devil Wears Prada, August Burns Red, The David Crowder Band, Charlie Hall, For Today, and Johnny Cash.
Hobbies: Playing guitar, writing music, reading, watching/playing/coaching basketball, working out, and spending time with Tiffany.
If you could have 3 things in life: (1) an intelligent answer for this question, (2) the ability to fly, (3) a recording studio in my basement.
Why are you involved in ministry: I followed God's lead.
